Fourth generation Farmer, Jason Cosentino, founded the Cosentino Farm Kitchen in 2021. As a Michelin Star Restaurant trained chef, Jason combined his passion for food with his family’s rich heritage of producing incredible fruits and vegetables.
Jason creates unique flavors that our customers can bring home to elevate their own culinary experience. We call it Farm to Kitchen. Jason sources items not only from our farm, but from farms of other trusted friends, along with other high-quality ingredients, to make small batch creations that capture the essence of each season.
